Suunto Observer
นาฬิกา Suunto Observer มีระบบ Shock Resistant รองรับความท้าทายในกิจกรรม Outdoor ในขณะที่ออกแบบให้สามารถสวมใส่ได้ทุกสถานการณ์ นาฬิกา Suunto Observer พัฒนาต่อมาจากรุ่น Suunto X lander โดยลดขนาดให้เล็กลง ทั้งความกว้างและความหนา ประมาณ 30 % จากรุ่นเิดิม (Suunto Vector และ X Lander) โดยที่ความสามารถในการวัดความสูง ,วัดความกดอากาศ และเข็มทิศยังมีอยู่เช่นเดิม มีการเพิ่มระบบ Chronograph และสามารถกันน้ำได้ถึง 100 เมตร/ 300 ฟุต (มากกว่ารุ่นที่อื่นที่ไม่ใช่รุ่นสำหรับดำน้ำ 3 เท่า) แต่ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นด้วยการออกแบบที่ต้องการให้ขนาดเล็กลง ทำให้้ต้องลดขนาดลำโพงลง ทำให้เสียงสัญญาณเตือนเบากว่ารุ่นอื่นๆ

รุ่นนาฬิกา Suunto Suunto Observer
หน้าจอมี 2 แบบ คือแบบ
-Positive faces ตัวเลขสีดำบนพื้นสว่าง ทำให้ง่ายต่อการอ่านค่าในบริเวณแสงน้อย
-Negative faces ตัวอักษรขาวบนพื้นดำ ง่ายต่อการอ่านค่าในบริเวณที่มีแสงสว่างมาก
ตัวนาฬิกาจะแบ่งออกเป็น 5 แบบ ตามการผสมผสานของวัสดุที่ใช้ ตัวเรือนทำจาก Stainless Steel หรือ Titanium ในขณะที่สายทำจาก Elastomer , Stainless Steel หรือ Titanium

ข้อควรระวัง
นาฬิกา Suunto ผ่านการทดสอบจากมาตรฐาน ISO 2281 ซึ่งหมายความว่านาฬิกาสามารถกันน้ำได้ (Water Resistant) โดยผ่านการทดสอบภายใต้แรงดัน 3 bar เทียบเท่ากับระดับความลึก 30 m อย่างไรก็ตามการทดสอบนี้อาจะไม่สัมพันธ์กับระดับความลึกในการดำน้ำ
นาฬิกา Suunto ทุกรุ่นสามารถใช้ในการว่ายน้ำได้ แต่ ไม่ควรว่ายที่ระดับความลึกต่ำกว่า 2-3 เมตร ทั้งนี้ยกเว้นรุ่น Suunto Core ซึ่งสามารถใช้ได้ที่ระดับ 10 m
